Enterprise has a shuttle that takes you to their lot from the Air Train. When you arrive at the Federal Circle stop on either the red or green line, simply take the elevator to the first floor and turn left as you walk out the door. The shuttle waits at the end of the walkway.
The Enterprise employees at the JFK car rental were very accommodating and professional. They made sure we got the right vehicle that we had reserved and in a timely manor.
The staff is great/friendly but the cars could use some work. I've rented from this location numerous times over the last few years and there always seems to be something wrong with the car. This time, the windshield washer fluid was empty when I received the car and the low tire pressure warning light came on a couple of days into my rental so I was forced to stop at a gas station and fill up the tires. I found it surprising that the license plate registration was expiring 2 days after I returned the car. Why would they want to cut it so close? Especially if I needed to extend my rental for a couple of days. This location needs to do a better job of checking their cars before renting them out.
The staff at Enterprise was very helpful and efficient. We changed our car selection several times before renting and they rolled with us. The Chrysler mini van we rented was perfect for our use and was very clean. I'd rent from them again without question.

You can take the Air Train back to the terminal, or they will call a cab to take you into the city.
We reserved a car for our trip and received excellent customer service and were on our way in about 10-15 minutes. Drop off was also easy as well.
We were later returning the car than we had planned due to an accident on the freeway and they quickly let us park it and leave to get to our flight on time.
As usual Enterprise car rental was efficient. Our reservation was handled professionally & the staff was very pleasant. Our car was clean & the process was quick. We will continue to rent from Enterprise.
